David Bernotas earned his PhD in economics from the University of Illinois in 2006, and worked as a professor for over a decade at the University of Georgia, the University of California San Diego and the University of Washington.
Dr. Bernotas subsequently transitioned to litigation consulting, and has experience in intellectual property, copyrights, healthcare, insurance and medical malpractice.
He has also worked in the tax industry, primarily transfer pricing; business consulting, including mining, agriculture and aquaculture; public health, including periods at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Health Organization (WHO); and pharmaceutical consulting.
Dr. Bernotas is an expert in economic analysis, modeling and forecasting, damage estimation and valuation, and data analysis.
